On March 10-13, 2009, took place in Barcelona the 40th International Symposium on Robotics ISR'09. Josep M. Nogués, director of Service Robots Solutions, moderated the special session dedicated to the Service Robots, that counted on the participation of Damien Salle (Robosoft), Olof Strömkvist (CybAero), Denis Williams (Robowatch), Joan Palou-Redorta and Francisco M. Sánchez-Martín (Fundació Puigvert), Martin Calsyn (Microsoft Corporation) and Nicola Tomatis (Bluebootics).
